IND Cross Country places third
Congratulations to IND's Cross Country team on a strong finish at the 2009 IAAM Championships Wednesday, October 28! Despite the muddy Oregon Ridge course, IND’s team placed third overall in the B Conference – out of 16 teams. St. Mary’s and Severn took home first and second respectively.

Individually IND did very well with four runners in the top 14. Results are from www.runningmaryland.com:

13th - Colleen Fridley '11 22:48.30

Mary Perez ’12 (28:49.90) along with teammate Lilianna Filar ’11 (sidelined for an injury) completed the small but mighty team representing IND.
