IND's "It's Academic" team appears on WJZ Saturday, March 6

A team of outstanding students from Institute of Notre Dame competed with teams from James M. Bennett High School of Salisbury, and Liberty High School of Eldersburg, on "It's Academic" - the nation's foremost high school quiz program. 

The competition was spirited, and the match was won by James M. Bennett High School. The program will air Saturday, March 6 at 10:00 a.m. on WJZ Channel 13.

The IND team consists of Kelley Johnson '10, Colleen Fridley '11, and Madison McMann '10. Their faculty coach is Mr. Robert Young.

"It's Academic" is sponsored by Giant Food and Morgan State University. The host of the program is David Zahren (pictured above with IND's team).
