9th Grade Admissions

All 8th-grade applicants must complete the following:


• Submit grades/records from your middle school using the "Request for Records Form." 
(see details below)

High School Placement Test

All students applying to 9th grade must take the HSPT. IND will be offering the HSPT on December 14, 2019.

Transfer Admissions

All transfer applicants must complete the following:


• Submit grades/standardized test scores from your last three academic years using the "Request for Records Form." (see details below)

Applicants From Public/Private Schools:

Please fill out the Request for Records Form below and submit to your current school.
Request for Records Form

Your school will then send the completed Request for Records Form and your grades/records to IND.

Applicants From Catholic Schools:

Applicants will receive the Archdiocese Catholic High School form from their middle schools. Please select which schools you would like your grades/records to be sent to and return to your middle school.

Middle schools will then automatically send records to the selected high school(s).

STEM Programs

How to Apply to IND’s STEM Programs
IND is proud to offer three signature programs in the STEM fields:  Bio-Medical Project-Lead-the-Way, Engineering and Computer Science. These programs are designed for students who possess a passion and affinity in the math and science fields and are interested in perhaps pursuing a science career.  In order to be admitted into these programs, candidates must complete an additional questionnaire. When you apply online, you will see the STEM applications on your application checklist, below the standard application.
